· The User shall not

1. Modify/reverse compile or reverse assemble all or any portion of the SCADA Software

2. Distribute or transfer the SCADA software to any third party

3. Disclose the results/ information provided using SCADA software to any other person without written permission of ReGen

· The User acknowledges that no licence , interest or right of ReGen Trademark, copyright, service mark is granted herewith

· The User acknowledges that information provided by SCADA shall be deemed to be confidential information

· ReGen does not warrant that the operation of SCADA software will be uninterrupted or Error Free.

· The User agrees the information provided by SCADA shall be deemed to be confidential information

· The User agrees with ReGen that breach of the terms and conditions of SCADA software may cause irreparable harm to ReGen and in addition to any other remedies to which ReGen may be legally entitled ReGen
shall have the right to seek immediate relief in the event of breach of terms.
